Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Most of our standard products are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days.

However, for custom-crafted or personalized products that require extra making and precision detailing, processing may take 4–5 working days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 5–7 working days. As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, we will send you a tracking number along with a direct tracking link via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
